16 Week Athletic Position Player Program
The athletic position player program is geared toward all non-pitchers, male and female who would like to see improved throwing velocity at their position, as well a short area quickness for infielders and 60 times for outfielders. Arm care, proper throwing technique, position athleticism will be focused on. Athletes who put in the maximum effort should see position velocity improvements in the 5-10mph range. Workouts are two hours in duration and are very challenging.
