16 Week Athletic Pitcher Program
The Athletic Pitching Program is designed to work on strengthening the core muscle groups that are used in throwing. Special attention is put on the deceleration side of the muscle groups and mechanical efficiency. By strengthening these muscles, the athlete’s arm will be better protected from injury. This is priority number one in the program, keeping arms injury free. As a secondary, the athlete will see a large increase in velocity. Arm care, arm mechanics, advanced movement, and use of legs and body will be stressed. Improvement is determined by the effort of the student however.
Students should expect to gain 4-10 MPH on there fastball in 16 weeks! There have been over 30 Divison 1 commits to come through this program and it has been very successful for us in the past.
Workouts are two hours in duration and are very challenging.

16 Week Athletic Softball Pitching Program
The Athletic Softball Pitcher program is geared just for Softball Windmill Pitchers. This program is customized specifically for Softball Pitching. The same core focuses remain. It is designed to work on strengthening all of the core, and muscles that are used to throw for the softball player. Special attention is put on the deceleration side of the muscle groups, and mechanical efficiency. By strengthening these muscles, there arms can be protected from injury. This is priority number one in the program, keeping their arms injury free. As a secondary they will see a significant increase in velocity also. Arm Care, Arm Mechanics, Advanced Movement, and use of legs and body will be stressed. Last years students averaged 5mph to 8mph of improvement! Improvement is determined by the effort of the student however.

Workouts are 2 hours in duration, and are not easy to get through. This grind will make you mentally stronger, and help you to get the gains you are seeking. Post workout recovery nutrition will be provided as part of the fee for the workouts to help athletes recover quicker. A nutritional plan will also be provided that should be followed weekly by the athletes.
