Kayla Konwent began doing lessons in 2018 and started coaching in 2019. Her ability to cultivate relationships with the girls has allowed her to teach the girls the game at the highest level and get the most out of them. Her specialty is power hitting and has done lessons for 5 years now, helping girls achieve their dreams of playing collegiate softball. In addition she has done hitting and defensive camps all around the state of Wisconsin and some in Illinois.

Kayla went to the University of Wisconsin and in her there she was a two-time All-American and Big Ten player of the year in 2019. Throughout her time at Wisconsin she realized what her true passion is, serving the next generation of softball players and sharing her experiences and knowledge to help them succeed at the highest level, both on and off the field!

At the end of her career she got her masters degree in Sports Leadership. My thesis was written on my hitting program and how she helps transform hitters to become more powerful and consistent at the plate, as well as how she comes alongside girls in their mental approach to the game.

I am excited to used what I’ve learned over the years to help these girls achieve greatness both on and off the field!
