Coach Wagz has been a part of the academy business for close to 20 years working with students from all over WI and Upper MI. During that time he has evolved with hitting philosophies trying to improve instruction to help challenge students to get better at their game each and every year. 

Paul has helped local youth and high school programs become stronger with program offerings enabling them to go on to win their respective leagues and conferences along with putting many players in a position to be recognized as all-conference, players of the year and all state selections!! A good portion of those players have continued their play into the college ranks.

Paul has had the honor and privilege of working with and watching his son Max become a strong local standout receiving Three HS conference player of the year awards, WI Player of the year and while attending Clemson University he received the 2022 ACC Player of the Year award and most recently being the 42nd draft pick in the 2022 MLB draft to the Baltimore Orioles.

Coach Wagz prides himself in making sure the students he works with enjoy their sessions with making the game fun to work on while getting better. 
Coach Wagz would love to guarantee the above will happen to every student but he will make sure they are treated with and allowed to think the impossible can happen while helping them become great kids and even better adults!!
